Apple

Apple's mobile ad network, iAd, is an advertising platform for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. iAd allows third party developers to embed rich media advertisements directly into their mobile applications that won't take users away from the app. Nissan, GEICO, Target, Unilever, and Nike were some of the early partners in our network. In addition to iOS devices, iAd is now also the advertising platform for iTunes Radio.

Following the acquisition of Quattro Wireless, I became a Senior Product UX Designer on the iAd team. I conducted internal customer interviews with mobile ad campaign and account managers and produced workflow diagrams to optimize decision support efficiency. I also used the data collected from these usability exercises to design high fidelity wireframes for the web-based iAd administrative portal.
